Publishing Administration Agreement

This Agreement is made on this day:


by and between:

AgbaLoaded Media, a music distribution and publishing support company located in Nigeria (hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”),

AND




(hereinafter referred to as the “Writer”).

1. Grant of Rights
The Writer grants to the Publisher the exclusive right to administer, register, license, and collect royalties for the musical compositions listed in Schedule A, including all existing and future versions thereof.

2. Territory
This Agreement shall apply worldwide, unless otherwise specified in writing by both parties.

3. Term
This Agreement shall commence on the date written above and remain in effect for an initial period of two (2) years, with automatic renewal for additional one-year terms unless terminated by either party with 60 days’ written notice.

4. Royalty Split
Writer: 75%
Publisher (AgbaLoaded Media): 25%

5. Obligations of the Publisher
The Publisher shall:

  • Register the Compositions with applicable collection societies and PROs.
  • Administer and license rights for public performance, streaming, downloads, and synchronization.
  • Provide royalty accounting and payment on a quarterly basis.

6. Warranties and Representations
The Writer warrants that:

  • They are the sole owner or co-owner of the listed Compositions.
  • No third party has claims that conflict with this Agreement.

7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration.
