Returning from his electrifying 4-track EP in 2024, which introduced fire records like ‘Tomford’, ‘Oshey’, ‘Yawa’, and ‘Want You Gone’, the gifted singer has produced a sound that echoes the reality of thousands of Nigerians.
Born in Edo and raised in Ikorodu, the young artiste found his storytelling prowess within the warmth of his grandmother’s home and his mother’s love for Boy Bands like Backstreet Boys and Westlife.
His creativity and soulful music style were further carved by the Music Business Academy of Africa, properly strengthening his stance as a music master.
So far, he has gained autonomy and works with Young Legend – a subsidiary of Joeboy’s record label – to create uplifting, infectious tracks that aim to leave its listeners either bopping heads to its beat or with a warm heart.
With a combination of English and Yoruba language, KvngVidarr’s “Adura” has voiced out the internal prayers of aching Nigerians.
The lyrics depict the monologue of a man desperately pleading with his creator to save him from the harsh vices of life: vanity, curses, and bondage.
Ultimately, the man begs for vindication, breakthrough, and mercy.
Is this an artiste whose track you would wanna vibe to?
